Welcome to Gazaboo, where we share our love and joy for vintage.
We sincerely appreciate your business and your purchases will be lovingly packaged and promptly shipped. We are an eco-friendly shop and use clean recycled packaging materials whenever possible.
If your order is a gift, let us know and we're happy to gift wrap it for you and send it directly to the recipient along with a card with your name and handwritten message. No extra charge. Just leave a message for seller and we will confirm all the details before shipping.

• CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards directly through Etsy
PayPal accepts all major credit or debit cards.
You can still use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
At time of purchase, please "Confirm" your shipping address.
We ask that you finalize payment within 24 hours or the item will be relisted.
We are in the process of reducing our shipping quotes to reflected the falling exchange rate of the Canadian dollar. When calculating the final shipping costs we take the exchange rate on the day of purchase into consideration. Overages of more than a dollar will be cheerfully refunded after purchase.
Our shipping quotes reflect the least expensive available option to have the items shipped from our shop in Ontario to California in the United States and to Victoria, British Columbia, in Canada and to International Destinations. If fast delivery is required, please contact us for other shipping options and upgrades.
Purchases shipped via Canada Post, using the most reasonable rate available.
Items shipped within 3 business days upon receiving confirmation of payment.
We are always happy to requote any shipping costs on any item or combined items prior to your purchase. Please contact us with your US zip code or Canadian postal code or international country.
•TO THE UNITED STATES
Small packages are shipped as Letter Mail or Small Packet US Air with no tracking number, 6 to 14 business days. Larger packages to the USA must be shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA with a tracking number, 4 to 6 business days. If prompt delivery time is a concern, please let us know and we’ll send you options to upgrade the shipping. Despite our best efforts to send packages out quickly, we have no control over delays from US Customs.
Small packages are shipped as Letter Mail whenever possible. All other packages are shipped Expedited Small Business Parcel arriving in 3 to 6 business days.
All international orders are shipped via Canada Post international surface mail. Orders may take 6 to 12 weeks delivery time. If faster delivery is required, please contact us for other shipping options and upgrades.
We do ship worldwide so if you don't see your country listing under shipping, please ask and we are happy to send you a quote prior to purchase. Contact us with the item or items and country and we are happy to provide you with a quote.
•DUTIES & CUSTOMS
For all purchases being shipped outside of Canada, the buyer is responsible for any payments of duties and customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
The nature and charm of vintage is that it has been previously loved and items may show they were owned and used in the past.
We do our best to describe the items and any imperfections are noted in the listing’s description and shown in a photo. Please feel free to contact us with any questions before purchase.
Should a refund be necessary, as decided by both buyer and seller, it will be for the item PRICE Only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The item must be returned, at the buyer's expense, within 7 days and item must be returned in the same condition originally sent in order for a refund to be processed. We do not refund for items damaged in return shipment and it is the buyer's responsibility to insure items being returned.
If an order is unclaimed at the post office by the buyer and returned to us, the buyer will be charged for the return shipping plus an additional handle fee of 10% of the purchase price.
No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We are happy to reserve an item for up to 48 hours maximum.
Please do not purchase items that are titled RESERVE LISTING unless the item was reserved for you. This item has been promised to someone else. If you are interested in a reserved item, please send us a convo and we will contact you if the Buyer changes their mind.
All our items are ready for shipping. However if you'd like a larger quantity, or a special request, please contact us and we'll see what we can do. We find most requests to be inspiration as well.
