Medium- 7 inch wrist
Large - 7.5 inch wrist
XL- 8 inch wrist (Plus Size)

To figure out your wrist size, use a tape measure and gently wrap it around your wrist. You should have it as loose/tight as you’d want your bracelet to lay on your wrist. Please give measurements in inches.
