Unworn jewelry may be returned within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by it's original packaging. A store credit less shipping, will be issued for items returned within fourteen days, in original and unworn condition. If returning items, contact me as soon as possible.The buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and tracking information.
Custom orders are final and are not subject to refund or exchange.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please take care to wrap and package the jewelry item well and insure it.

I am also not responsible for items mishandled, lost, stolen, damaged if dropped on to hard surfaces (i.e. tile or concrete flooring), contact with chemicals or water for an extended period of time. Please treat your jewelry with care. Careful handling will ensure you many years of enjoyment.

I accept is PayPal and credit cards through Etsy. You need a verified address on your PayPal account for me to accept payment and complete the transaction.

All items must be paid within 72 hours of purchase. If you will be unable to pay within that time frame, please contact me immediately to make other arrangements.
All unpaid transactions will be canceled after 72 hours and re-listed for sale.
No item will ship until payment has cleared. I will ship within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.

INTERNATIONAL Payments: Please be aware that different countries apply customs fee, taxes, and charges regarding international shipments. It is your responsibility to be aware of such fees before committing to a purchase. Gecko J. is not responsible for customs fee, taxes and charges for your International order.

All U.S. orders are shipped for free via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation.

International orders are sent via USPS first class international/Air Mail.

Shipping insurance is provided at an additional fee, determined by the value of the contents. Gecko J. is not liable for loss or damage during shipping.

If you would like your order to arrive faster, please contact me for other shipping options. Shipping/handling cost will be determined for other methods on a sale by sale basis.

Please do not store several pieces of jewelry together. Some stones are very soft and can be scratched, chipped or otherwise damaged by metal or other stones. Additionally metal can scratch or damage other metal pieces.

Please do not store jewelry in direct sunlight as it made fade stones.

Do not use sonic cleaners or harsh jewelry cleansers to clean your piece. The vibrations and chemicals are not good for some softer stones.
Recommended cleaning is either with a mild soap in warm water or with a butler's or silver cleaning cloth (the cloths can be found at Target, Wal-Mart, Container Store, etc.). Usually it is only the silver or vermeil that needs cleaning to remove tarnish so a quick swipe with a silver cloth works wonders.
If you do use soapy water, please make sure your piece is dried well before storing it again.

Additionally, apply hairspray, perfume, lotions or other products prior to putting on your jewelry.

Don't swim or shower with your jewelry on. Chlorine, minerals, salt water, and other chemicals found in municipal or well water can damage some stones.
