Badge Reels for the Geeks at Heart!
We have been creating quality handmade badge reels since 2013. We are also the proud owners of another etsy shop Project Pinup. Check it out here > http://www.projectpinup.etsy.com
Back in 2013 we were asked to make badge reels by a customer who really loved our style in our other store Project Pinup. We then decided to sell them full time, and well they over took our store with so many designs! So we decided to make another sister company and named it Geek Badges. Quality and originality is very important to us. Who wants to be boring? Nobody! Show your flair at work with our geek retractable badge reels!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
*All returns must include a photo of the damaged or defective product.
*Please keep the original mailer in case you have to return the item!
*Items must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
*All sales final on custom orders, clearance and wholesale orders.
*I can not be responsible for "return" shipping costs.
*We are not responsible for items that are stolen off your property once it shows as delivered. All packages included tracking numbers to ensure correct delivery. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office first before contacting us to open a lost parcel case.
*Refunds will be given for purchase price only. We do not make any money off of shipping and once the item has shipped, the postage has been absorbed by USPS. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days so we can process a warranty replacement or return of your item.
* We are not responsible if you break your item due to excessive improper use. All warranty requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
I want you, the customer, to be happy and love your purchase. So if there are any problems or requests please contact me as soon as possible and we can work together to make sure you are completely satisfied. Please do not leave us a negative feedback before you contact us.

*I will ship anywhere in the world!
*USA standard shipping please expect 1-5 business days for delivery after shipment. Priority mail upgrades can be purchased during checkout. Priority mail USA delivery 2-3 business days. Want express or overnight? Just send us a message with your zipcode and we will adjust your total or send an invoice for the difference.
***International shipping takes 1-6 weeks because the items have to go through customs (which usually takes forever.) If you need the item faster, we can ship priority mail (6-10 business days) as well as express mail (3-5 business days). Just send us a message and we will adjust your total for express. Priority mail upgrades can be purchased during checkout.
Additional policies and FAQs
We would love to make something custom for you! You can provide us your favorite image or have one designed for you by us! All images designed are $10 per design with 1 free design change after first mockup. Each alteration after is $3. Any design provided to us is free of charge, just make sure that you own the right to use the image. No copyrighted images allowed without written consent from the owner.
