This was my first purchase on Etsy. I actually had gotten two different lanterns and they both are absolutely beautiful. Very well made. Good timing on the shippment and good communication with the seller.

This lamp is exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy I decided to purchase it. Beautiful detail. Soft light, but yet not too dim. Packaged well, so arrived undamaged. Friendly seller. Thank you.

Hello and welcome! My brick and mortar studio in beautiful Cobble Hill is now open for the summer. I am open from 10 to 5 every Saturday and Sunday and located at 810 Garnet Road just down the road from the Cherry Point Vineyard. Stop by if you are in the area and pay in Canadian dollars.

I am pleased to bring you handcrafted, one-of-a-kind lighting for your home. My lampshade frames are hand built with recycled copper wire and then covered with laminated layers of cloth and handmade paper.

Pressed leaves and other botanicals are carefully arranged within the layers in a unique design. I take great care to select and press the botanicals before incorporating them into the designs.

Each shade is finished with a non-toxic, non-flammable sealer. As a finishing touch, I add gold details and sign each shade.

Each design is a unique arrangement of pressed botanicals. Depending on my stash of pressed leaves, I can offer japanese maple, copper beech, ginkgo, ferns, grape vine, and false lily of the valley as options.

My lamps display their pattern and texture even when off. And when they are on, all their warmth and fine detailing come to life.

My shades pass the CSA/UL flammbability and safety tests and the lamp bases I use meet CSA/UL wiring standards. Shades and bases are available in several sizes and shapes.

Payment
Right now, I only accept paypal and money orders as payment if you are purchasing through etsy. Please be aware that you do not need a Paypal account to pay using Paypal and that this service securely accepts all major credit cards.

If I do not receive payment from you within several days of the transaction, I will contact you and/or cancel the sale.
Shipping
Shipments are sent with insurance via D.H.L., or via Canada Post if you only have a P.O. box. Also, please make sure that your Paypal address matches your etsy address or contact me to let me know which address I should ship to.

I will ship your purchase within a few days of receiving payment. For custom orders, however, please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping. All orders are packed to ensure that your lampshade arrives safe and sound.

If you live in the Victoria or Vancouver area and want to pick-up your items personally, please contact us, and we can arrange something that will save you the shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand by the quality of my work and have chosen botanicals that will hold their color in order to ensure that your lampshade will age beautifully.

Customer satisfaction and product quality are my goals. My customers to date have been very happy with their lamps. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund minus the cost of shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee. To do so please contact me to arrange the product return. Also, please ship with insurance and pack with the utmost care in the original packing materials!!!
