I love the idea of having a mixed set of silverware to add a unique vibe to my dinner table. All of the pieces are beautiful and I look forward to using my mismatched knives, forks and spoons. Thanks for providing this service so I didn't need to go searching myself :)

Accepted payment methods

items should be paid for within 24 hours of purchase. If you need more time to pay for an item i am more than happy to reserve the item or items and an extended time frame must be discussed between the two parties, so please convo me here on etsy if you'd like to reserve an item for later purchase.
I try to ship as soon as humanly possible. Sometimes, however, life does get in the way. I will try to ship within three business days of purchase for small items and I usually use Parcel Post or flat rate, as it is the least expensive option for our customer. That being said, it usually takes about three to five days(flat rate) or seven to fourteen days(parcel post) to receive your item from the time of purchase, if shipping is within the United States. Overseas shipping may take longer. For most large items we ship via Fedex. For larger furniture items I have the option to ship via Greyhound Package XPress. This means you will have to pick up your item from your closest Greyhound station. Please allow a week for the packaging and shipping of your large items and another week for delivery. All this being said, I can try to accommodate your time constraints if needed. Please convo to discuss. I do take Saturday and Sunday off for my family, so those are no ship days.
Also, please know that I sometimes use recycled packaging materials to save you money and to always reuse. Most of my "new" packaging is made with recycled material. If this concerns you, please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges
My vintage items are exactly that: vintage. They should therefore be considered previously worn or gently used unless otherwise noted. All items are offered and sold 'as is' and because of this, I do not offer warranties or returns. If you feel I have grossly misrepresented an item, or your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of shipment receipt so we can discuss resolution. A return/refund will require prior authorization.
Custom paint items///
Your item(s) will be painted in the color and finish of your choice. Preview photos will be sent in most cases and by request. Exact color matches may vary in some cases, depending on your computer screen settings. If your item's color is off by more than a few shades (making it impossible to coordinate with your decor), or your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of shipment receipt so we can discuss resolution. A return/refund will require prior authorization.
Should such a case arise and return/refund is the agreed-upon resolution, original purchase price will be refunded less shipping and a 10% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned unused item. Return shipping is at customer's expense. Please read the item description and check measurements carefully before your purchase.
Exchanges of custom silverware sets///
If you should receive your custom silverware set and are not pleased with some of the pieces that have been selected for you, simply return the pieces you would like to exchange in a small padded envelope (available in the office supply section of most stores). Convo me for shop address. Be sure to let me know what pattern/style of pieces you would prefer, and I will do my best to accommodate your request (depending on what I have in stock at the time). Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and/or lost exchange items. I highly recommend that the return package is insured. I will ship the new pieces at no cost to the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
When ordering a customizable item buyer MUST indicate desired color & finish at time of purchase/check-out in a note to seller or via convo. If a PRIMED item is purchased and no color or finish choices are provided - the item will be painted gloss white & shipped within the above stated time frame. If an UNPRIMED item is purchased and no color or finish choices are provided - the item will be left "as is" & shipped within the above stated time frame.
