We only accept returns to obtain your store credit for next purchase. To qualify the return for store credit, returned items must be received within 30 days after your purchase.

Handmade custom items and items on sale can't be returned.

Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

10% of the purchase value will be charged as restocking fee for orders cancelled after 24 hours.

International Buyers: You pay one-time flat rate (for USPS Priority International). Let us know If you like to ship your package with USPS First Class International. We will charge you the actual mail cost and refund you whatever left from your shipping payment.
