Gems of the Soil is a collection of handcrafted lifestyle and home wares. The designs infuse the home with elements of nature, created in an earth conscious manner while maintaining a modern aesthetic.
Crafted with local and sustainable materials, every item is designed and constructed by designer Brandy Lewis. Brandy is an enrolled tribal member and a recognized member of the Choctaw Artist's Registry.
All items here are made to order, please be mindful that most orders require one week at minimum for processing in addition to the shipping time. Shipping date for your order may be found on your invoice. Orders will not be expedited unless arrangements have been discussed prior to your order being processed. Orders will be processed and shipped based on the date on the order. If there is no ship date on your order, please anticipate it one week from the order date plus the shipping time. I am beyond happy to accommodate your needs, please contact me before placing your order.

1 out of 5 starsOrdered on 3/17 to be rec'd by 4/1-2. Order never came. Reached out to shop 4x to inquire; they never answered 1 email. Label was made on 3/31, yet item never shipped. By 4/7 nothing still. Opened a case w/ Etsy. When I opened a case for non-receipt, they shipped it immediately the next day, yet they shipped wrong item in a grey color not on their shop that I didn't order, also broken on the back. We ordered it in dark walnut. Service - extremely poor; worst service experience I've had ordering from Etsy over many years Quality - also poor; the hook looks like it was bent by a young child, it's not done smooth, polished or with care; doesn't look at all something someone would pay this price for Images don't make up for how someone runs their business or treats customers.

Born out of a longing to bring nature into the home, Brandy is the heart and hands of Gems of the Soil. Raised on the water, she spent her childhood swimming, surfing, paddling, and just plain adventuring the days away on Florida's east coast.
Brandy spent a number of years traveling throughout Central America and abroad. While in Central America, she connected with local communities, facilitating outreach and assistance to families in need. This time of outreach enriched her love of indigenous cultures while embracing her own as a Native American woman.
Though art and creativity remained her natural gift and passion, she pursued a formal education earning her degree in Sociology with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Central Florida.
Designing lifestyle and home wares, has allowed Brandy to combine her love of nature, culture, and creativity. Crafted with local and sustainable materials, every item is designed and constructed by designer Brandy Lewis. Brandy is an enrolled tribal member and a recognized member of the Choctaw Artist's Registry.

If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement of the item may be issued, only where proof of damage can be provided (photo or image is required).
Tracking information is provided for every order that is shipped. If your item has not been received within 4 weeks from original purchase date, please contact seller to inquire.
