These sandals were delivered super speedily and they are absolutely beautiful! They are really nice quality, the sole is coming up a little on one heel now that I've worn them for a few weeks, but that is to be expected of vintage footwear. Nothing that a little shoe glue can't fix. Overall, I am loving these shoes and have gotten tons of compliments on them.

Cancellations: Cancellations will for the most part only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. We also understand that things come up, so requests made after that time period will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Domestic: USPS priority (1-3 day delivery time).

International: USPS First Class international mail (1-5 week delivery time). Payment of any additional VAT Fees/Import duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact me to accommodate special requests for expediting or insurance prior to purchasing.

+ Please keep in mind that international orders can in rare cases take up to a month or two to arrive depending on which country they are going to, and the customs hold times. Sometimes your packages are waiting for you at your local post office, or being held up in customs. If your package is lost for some reason, you will receive store credit or an immediate exchange for the amount of the lost item. Please be patient in waiting for your orders.

**We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages! If you suspect either, and a reasonable amount of time has passed, please be in touch and we will try to work it out.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: There is an ongoing Canada Post Labour Dispute, that will very possibly delay any mail going into and from Canada. Because of this, I cannot guarantee delivery or delivery date and may be forced to cancel orders if the dispute is not resolved quickly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Though all sales are considered final, returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, primarily if there was a significant error in the listing. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Great care is taken to provide accurate measurements for each item, returns due to poor fit are not accepted, however we may be able to offer an exchange/store credit on a case by case basis. Only one exchange per order will be allowed.

Please remember that most of our items have been previously worn and loved, and may show signs of wear. We do our absolute best to list any imperfections, however we ask you keep an open mind for very minor wear.

We want all our customers to be happy with their experience so please contact us if there are any problems, and we will do our best to make it right!

Additional policies and FAQs
All shoes and handbags are wiped clean and inspected prior to shipping.

Buyers are responsible for keeping an updated address attached to their Etsy account. We ship via Etsy Labels, so the only address we see is the one attached to your Etsy, not Paypal. We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address, if it was not changed prior to purchase. If items are returned to seller due to incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for re-paying shipping charges.

Please message us ASAP if a different address is needed for shipping!

Sizing details

Please double check and compare measurements to confirm fit. The Insole length measurement is taken from inside the shoe. Please contact me if you require any additional measurements!

When will I receive my item?

If you are in the US, I ship within 1-3 business days, and ship via USPS Priority mail. Once shipped out, your package should arrive within 2-3 Business Days

If you live outside the US, I ship within 1-3 business days, and ship via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail. Both generally take 7-14 business days once shipped, however customs can sometimes cause delays.

I live in Brooklyn too, can I pick up or try on in-person?

Unfortunately I am running my shop out of my home for the time being, and for that reason I do not allow an in-person pick ups/try ons at this time.

Can I have my shipment expedited?

Please contact me if you need your item by a specific date, and I will do my best to make it happen. I can upgrade shipping to a faster method for an additional charge.

I received my item and it's damaged, what can I do?

While I do my best to ensure quality, please contact me right away if there are any issues, and I will do my best to make it right. Let me know of any issues before leaving feedback, so I have the chance to correct the mistake!

I received my item, and they don't fit. What can be done?

For the most part I do not accept returns due to size. Please double check all measurements before buying. Usually an exchange/store credit can be worked out for orders with size issues. Contact me for details.
