About Us

GentStone is a luxury brand based in Vancouver. We handcraft bracelets and necklaces made with the finest semi-precious stones, 18kt. Gold, Sterling Silver and Cubic Zirconia Diamonds.

We focus on self-betterment through lithotherapy as an everyday lifestyle. Lithotherapy is the study of the healing properties of stones and minerals. Our goals are to bring positive energy and educate those who wear our pieces about the benefits that the stones can offer. Some of the semi-precious stones are Black Onyx which repels negative energy and fortifies self-determination, and Lapis Lazuli which brings mental clarity by encouraging honesty and openness.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
What is your refund policy?

We will accept returns for items in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must not show any signs of use or misuse.

Returns must be shipped via registered mail with a tracking number. We are not responsible for the shipping cost for goods returned. If deemed refundable, you will receive your refund minus the cost of shipping and packaging by the method of your payment.

What is your exchange policy?

IMPORTANT - Email us with the item you wish to exchange before returning your bracelet. We cannot guarantee items will be in stock if we are not notified prior to receiving your shipment.

Please send us an email by hitting "Reply" on your invoice with the following:
Subject Line: Exchange
Message: Reason for your exchange and description of the item (link of the bracelet on our website or SKU#) and shipping tracking number.

We will accept exchanges for items in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must not show any signs of use or misuse.

Exchanges must be shipped via registered mail with a tracking number. We are not responsible for the shipping cost for goods returned.

What if I received a faulty product?

At GentStone, we ensure high quality controls on our products and check all goods prior to shipment. If a product is faulty on arrival, please notify us within 5 days upon receipt by following the steps for exchanges/returns. We will gladly replace/repair the item or proceed with a full refund.
Payment
As soon as payment is received, we will ship your item(s) within 1 Canadian business days, excluding Canadian Holidays. Your items may be subject to tax rates dependent of your country of residence, state and/or province. You may cancel your order prior to your order being shipped. Once the item has been dispatch, you can no longer cancel nor make any changes to your order.

Items are shipped within 1 business day of confirmed payment with the exception of Canadian holidays. Please note during Christmas these times may vary.

Expedited Shipping Flat Rate of $15 - 2 to 5 business days
Express Shipping Flat Rate of $50 - 1 to 2 business days

USA:
FREE Standard USA Shipping! No minimum order required! 5-15 business days
Expedited Shipping Flat Rate of $30 - 2 to 5 business days

International Shipping:
FREE Standard International Shipping! - 10 to 30 business days

Can I make changes to my order?

You may cancel your order before your shipment has been confirmed by going to My Account then Orders. You can then enter a new order with the correct details. If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel or make changes.

Do I pay customs and taxes?

You may be subject to customs and taxes depending on your country's regulations. We're not responsible for any customs or taxes collected upon receiving your item.
