Returns and exchanges
Please convo me for any returns, exchanges or repairs before returning your merchandise.

*** Returns and Exchanges ***
I take returns and exchanges* with reasons for 7 days after the delivery date.
*customized items and special orders are no returnable, no exchangeable.

Please note carefully that I do not take any of the following items as returns or exchanges:
Items that are not in original condition.
Items that have intentionally damaged stones.
Items that have fatal damage on any part of them.
Items without the original boxes or the original pouches.

Any postages are not refundable for returns and exchanges.

*** Repairs ***
I accept repairs (also resizing especially for rings as exchanges) for 14 days after the delivery date for free of charges*.
*customized items and special orders are not eligible for free repair/ resizing.
Free repair/ resizing is eligible for one time per a purchase.

Repair/ resizing and shipping fees would be charged after the term.
I do not refund for repairs and resizing, neither pay for any postage occurred by repairs and resizing.

*** Defective items or Wrong items if you receive ***
I try to take special care in my quality control and shipping, however if items are defective or you receive wrong items please convo me as soon as possible.
Any defective/ wrong item reports have to be made by next day of the delivery, otherwise I do not take items as defective or I might not consider as wrong items shipped.

I do not refund neither give any replacements until I receive defective/ wrong items.
Any defective/ wrong items should be mailed back in 14 days after the reports.

Payment
I accept Paypal and credit card payments.
Shipping
I ship all items via USPS First class mail from NY unless upgrading is requested.
Mailing time for delivery is 2 to 5 USPS business days.
I cannot change shipping method after I receive orders.

*** Rush orders ***
Please convo me before you place your order if your order is time concerned,
otherwise any orders will be processed in the time frame above.
Please note that I cannot expedite any orders once they are placed without any notice in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
* I do not ship to APO/ FPO shipping addresses.
* I do not ship to hotels neither any temporary residential places.
* Once USPS declares "delivered" as delivery status, I do not take any responsibility for lost or missing items.
* Shipping address should be informed in Etsy invoice when you place your order.
If the shipping address differs from the one in the invoice, the buyer should give
a notice at purchase. I do not have any responsibility for any items in mail if the shipping address is insufficient or changed before/after shipping.
* If items cannot be delivered and returned to me because of insufficient shipping address or reason of "unclaimed", I would cancel the order. In that case the shipping fee is not refundable.
