Frequently asked questions

How do handles attach?

You simply stitch them on with the thread and blunt leather needles provided. It’s very easy to do, lace it in a crisscross pattern like lacing a pair of shoes.

Here's a video install guide https://geordiejimny.com/fitting-guide

My top tip for a good finish is to ensure you pull the laces tight, loop by loop. A small picture hook or something similar can be used to great effect.

Care instructions

The leather will look better with age and wear. To treat them on occasion and help reproof them for inclement weather conditions I recommend a neutral dubbin leather conditioner.
