Hello and welcome to my shop!

For as long as I can remember I have loved making things. I grew up in a little village in Somerset, where my Mum taught me how to stitch patchwork and how to make my own rag rugs. I moved to the seaside to study photography and after three wonderful years of hard work I graduated from university.

My passion for textiles was renewed shortly afterwards and I stitched my first plush toy. I’ve been designing and making ever since, sewing everything carefully from my hand drawn patterns.

I hope that when you choose your very own toy, they will win a treasured place in your home.

Now I live by the sea with my husband Matt, making toys, teaching lovely people and blogging all the while.

All of my items are designed and made by me. My items are for personal use only and you may not resell them.

Payment

I only accept payments via Paypal.

If you wish to cancel an order please get in touch as soon as possible. If I have already posted the order then the buyer will need to pay return postage. When I receive the item back I will refund the item cost only. If I haven't posted the item yet you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 2 working days of payment being received. I ship First Class/Airmail using the Royal Mail with proof of posting. Royal Mail aim to deliver to the UK within 1-2 days and airmail services to international destinations within 3-5 days. If you require tracking, insurance or a faster service please contact me before placing your order as it will incur an additional charge.

Please note that international orders may incur customs charges of taxes depending on your country and these charges would be your responsibility.

I only charge for the posting and packaging materials and I offer a customised gift wrap service, which is free of charge. Take a peek at one of my listings for an example.
