Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
unfortunately, we do not accept returns. we are a two person shop, and we do our best to keep our items affordable so that everyone may enjoy! therefore, we cannot accept returns for products.
EXCHANGE
we do offer an exchange for UNUSED items. the item cannot show any signs of wear, and we must be contacted within 10 days of the original purchase if you wish to exchange. buyers pay for shipping.
ERRORS
if there is a problem with an item you have received, PLEASE contact me so that we can resolve it for you! we do our best to send out the very best, but mistakes do happen. so if something comes up, please let us know so we can fix it!

CREDIT CARD
we accept credit cards through etsy transaction. just a heads up- if you purchase through etsy's system it will show up as "etsy, brooklyn, ny"
CHECKS & LOCAL PICKUP
not accepted, sorry!
Shipping
G&B ships first class USPS for all packages under 13 ounces, and parcel post for anything above. if you are looking for UPS or another carrier, please contact me prior to purchase.
G&B is NOT responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages. if you are concerned about your package arriving please contact me PRIOR to placing your order to purchase shipping insurance. usps' quality of service is not a reflection of my service.
SHIPPING LABELS:
all products are shipped to the address on pay pal. if the address entered is incorrect or returned due to incorrect address the package will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer.
OVERNIGHT:
i will need to get your order before 1PST for express orders to be processed same day. a separate pay pal invoice will be billed for upgraded shipping.
