Returns and exchanges
■ To make a return for re-sizing or repair please pay shipping back to me, and I'll pay the return trip.
■ If you want to request a refund, please let me know why! Preferably with pictures. I'd like to know if there's anything I can improve on in the future. If an item breaks I will replace/repair the item once the original has been returned.
■ Please take care of your items. I take special care when making them and I would like for owners to do the same when wearing them.
Payment
For Paypal, I prefer payment at the time of purchase, but its alright if you can't pay right away. However, I do expect payments within 24-48 hours unless we have discussed other options/delays, of course.

Shipping
• If it is a custom order, please allow for more time. As I will need to craft your item first. Custom ordered customers will be kept in touch through messages.
• All orders are shipped via USPS. Insurance for orders over $50 will be added and paid for by me.
• Adding tracking numbers to orders must be requested at time of payment.
• I'm open to shipping internationally! If your country is not available at the ordering screen, simply message me.
