I saw the shirt and had to get it for my stepmom who is an INFP. She is all about these personality test things. They can be very validating! I got it in black and gave it to her today. A fascinating study of personality and its real-world application in business. Joe’s work gives the layman a solid foundational understanding of the strengths of personality types and how these strengths can be acknowledged by employers and governed by the self to create a partnership in which personal careers and companies thrive. It is a joy to see a fresh perspective on this topic. Joe reminds us that if we are to experience the fullness of our success in business we must harness the potential of our truest and most unique selves. More importantly, we must acknowledge the uniqueness of others unlike ourselves to foster the community, productivity, and excellence traditional hiring models sorely lack. The book we’ve needed when it comes to MBTI. It’s palatable because it’s not so complex that we need to have been studying for years and years but also not so basic that those of us who are intrigued by MBTI don’t get bored because we already know the basics. Joe also does a great job making our personalities that much more unique. Once we understand ourselves we can better understand others. Buy this book & you do nothing but grow!!

I was so stoked to read this book since I had a couple of sessions with Joe to learn about my type. And, of course, I wasn't disappointed. His ability to explain complex topics in a digestible fashion shines in his work. If you are looking for a book that gives you a concise overview of MBTI, and a very educated and refined perspective on how to use it, it's a must-read! I especially appreciated his suggestions on using the system correctly (!) in the hiring process and the workplace; that was a refreshing perspective I haven't yet seen in other typology books. I hope this is just the start of a series!
