Returns and exchange details
Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged. Please send us a message with a picture of the damage. Hopefully this doesn’t happen though as we do our very best to ensure items are well protected during transit.

Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your item is in the hands of USPS we are not responsible for it, as we have absolutely no control at this point.
