Frequently asked questions
How do I download my purchased files?
Your file will be available to download immediately after purchase. You will receive a purchase confirmation email from Esty with a link to view and download your files. Your purchased files can also be accessed by clicking "you" and "purchases and reviews" on your Esty homepage. If you are having difficulty accessing your files, please reach out to Etsy support or send me a message through Etsy messenger and I will try to help.
How do I use these mockups?
All mockups include PSD smart object format and JPG format.
PSD smart objects can be used in Photoshop or any website where PSD files are accepted. Knowledge of Photoshop and the ability to work with smart objects is suggested. JPG files can be used in any way you wish to edit your design onto.
What are the terms of using these products?
Mockups are not to be resold or redistributed. Mockups are for personal and business use only to display your own personal product.
Do you take custom photo requests?
I am not currently taking custom requests, although it is a service I am hoping to add as my shop grows. In the meantime, I love suggestions and any ideas you may have so please send them my way using Etsy messenger!
