    Returns and exchanges
    Please contact me if you wish to return/exchange an item. The item must be in perfect condition, though. I will not replace lost/stolen/mishandled items.
    Shipping
    Items are shipped through Specialty Fulfillment Center, a small drop shipping company specializing in makers, artists, and small businesses. They can usually ship out within two days of purchase barring huge surges in orders.

    Make sure to tell me if there are special deadlines you need to hit (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) so I can work out the best way to get things to you in time.

    Please make sure your Paypal address matches your Etsy address. Message me when you order if there are any special shipping instructions or if you place an order for multiple objects.

    Please tell me if this is a gift or going to an address other than your own so I can double check the addresses.

    I mark all orders as shipped when they're sent off. Check your order receipt to see if your order has been filled.
