Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us right away! A replacement will be sent in the event that you receive a damaged item. Damaged items must be mailed back to the return address on the package to ensure a speedy replacement. Exchanges will be given if you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, as long as we are contacted within 1 week after you have received the item, and you send the item back to the return address on the package.
Payment is expected at time of purchase. If you have a delay in payment, please convo us and let us know and we will be happy to hold the order. If we do not receive payment soon after the purchase, we will contact you via convo (just a gentle reminder.) However, if we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, we will cancel the order.

We currently only accept Pay Pal.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or the transaction will be canceled.
Because we offer our customers the ability to customize most of their geek-tastic purchases in a number of ways (font, color, etc), most things in our shop are made to order. Due to a large volume of orders, we are operating at a 7-10 business day turnaround time. If you need something sooner, please contact us! We are quite fond of our customers and try our best to accommodate special requests.

We ship domestically and internationally using USPS First Class Mail, but if you need your purchase sooner please contact us and we will adjust the cost to reflect expedited shipping.

At this time, we are unable to offer a tracking number or confirmation number on international orders, and cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders. Please note that sometimes you will be charged customs fees that we are not responsible for. International orders can take anywhere from a week to several months (not usually the case, but it has happened). We've never had any orders not make it to their international destinations but please be aware that it can take a while.

If the Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses we receive for an order are different, we will contact you to confirm the correct address but we appreciate the ease of having the same address listed in Etsy and PayPal.
