Items can be returned or exchanged, within 2 weeks of you receiving the merchandise. just let me know if there is a problem and we can work it out, as I guarantee my work. If there is a delay in shipping or a package is lost I will gladly work with you and try to find the package. Or if it is determined to be lost refund you in full. Or replace the item if I have the material to create another.
If you return an item that has been damaged by shipping or is somehow my fault, a full refund with shipping will be given.
If you just don't like the item and want to return it. I will refund the item minus the shipping or you can exchange or have a store credit. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent to receive a refund, credit, or exchange though.

I take all major credit cards, PayPal, and Etsy gift cards. I will ship in 1-2 days, as soon as your payment posts. Orders will not ship without payment. If you ask for a custom order I request 1/2 payment up front to start and final payment when order is ready to ship.

I ship USPS first class parcel. Tracking is added on all items. If you need an item with expedited shipping let me know and an adjustment will be made to the shipping amount. I will ship in 1-2 days on regular orders (usually within 24 hrs.). If it is a custom order please allow one week.

I do ship internationally, just be aware that an item can take a lot longer than domestic shipping, and You are responsible for any CUSTOMS fees or VAT taxes that your country charges. I also do not mark an item as a "gift" on the customs form.

All items are hand made in a smoke and pet free studio.

This policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

1. INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information ( which you authorize Etsy to provide to me) such as; your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information ( for a custom order, for example) if you contact me directly.

2. WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information
-To fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support,
-When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as signing up for a mailing list.
-If necessary to comply with a a legal obligation or court order in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchase of required by tax law.
-As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interest, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by our rights or interests such as 1.) providing and improving the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services and 2.) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use, I use your information as necessary to comply with the obligation under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

3.INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Information about my customers is important to my business I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances as follows;
-Service providers; I engage certain trusted parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as the Post Office, and delivery services. I will share with these companies only to the extent that they can provide their services.
-Business transfers; If I sell merge or add members. I may disclose your information as part of the transactions only to the extent permitted by law.
-Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good belief that it is reasonably necessary to; (a) respond to legal process or Government request.
(b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies. (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud, and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues, or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
-Data retention: I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However I may also be required to retain the information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce an agreement. I generally keep your data for up to 7 years (as required by US tax law).
-Transfers of personal information outside the EU: I may store and process your information through third party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result I may transfer you personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU I rely on The Cloud which is a Privacy Shield Certified.

-Access; You may have the right to access and review a copy of the Personal Information I hold about you by contacting me, using contact information below.
-Change, restrict, delete: You may also have the right to change restrict use of, or delete your personal information. Apart from exceptional circumstances ( like when I am required to store data for legal reasons). I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
-Object: you can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages form me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information, unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information, or if it is needed for legal reasons.
-Complain: If you reside n the EU and and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have). You have the right to do so with your local data processing authority.
