Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Free replacement of a broken glass if notified within 2 business days of receiving order.

*TURNAROUND TIME: Please check the current turnaround time, which is listing in my 'Shop Announcement' on the front page of my shop (below my banner), before ordering!
*READY TO SHIP: Ready to ship items will ship within 1 business day of purchase. These will only ship on time if no other personalizations have been requested. This is a limited time offer!
*DISCOUNTS: We are currently not offering any specials or coupons. Non-Rush orders of 20 or more glasses may qualify for a quantity discount. For a bulk quote please contact me with a detailed description of your request and your shipping zip code.
*RUSH ORDERS: We are often able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. If you need your order rushed to you, contact me me with a detailed description of your request, your "Need by" date and your shipping zip code. In the unlikely even that a glass breaks during transit on a rush order, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We provide regular ground shipping on replacements but can usually offer overnight shipping for an additional cost.
*MATERIALS: We use high quality glassware and flasks for our vinyl and etched products.
The vinyl we use is a high quality, outdoor rated sign vinyl. The vinyl will last for years but we recommend hand washing to preserve.
We offer professionally sand blasted products that can be found in the Etched section of our shop.
*SHIRTS: We offer vneck and crew neck ladies shirts only at this time but special requests can be ordered at an additional fee/wait time. Contact us for pricing on special request shirts.
