Frequently asked questions

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes and no.

Our print production partner requires 2-7 days for printing, although it typically takes about 3. I can't make that move faster. So, shipping before that just isn't possible

Once print production/processing/fulfillment is complete I do have a little control over shipping times. The shortest is FedEx overnight, but it's quite expensive (for one t-shirt it's about $35). Other 2, 3, 5 day shipping prices are much cheaper. Just convo me if you're interested and we can work it out.

Custom and personalized orders

Sure, within reason! My design skills are decent, but I'm more fo a t-shirt designer than an illustrator. I can edit current designs a bit and create something new. Just ask and we'll see what's possible.

To customize an order, it'll be an additional $10.

Is there a shipping rate for larger orders?

Yes! If you’re ordering five or more items in ONE order, to ONE location, ask me about custom shipping rates.

What if my package is stolen in transit?

GiftedReality won't be held responsible for delivered but stolen packages. Your best bet is to first call the post office for GPS coordinates to ensure it was delivered to the right place, look around, wait a few days for it to show up, and talk to your neighbors. If you still can't find it, file a police report. Shipping insurance and the post office won't cover stolen packages.
