I am at the City Center Market in Florence, SC. If you are in the area, please come visit. I have decided to focus my energy there and on remodeling my Vintage Camper. At the moment I do not have time to list items for sale in my Etsy shop.
I started doing Dot Art about a year ago. At first it was so bad that I would give it away and apologize. But being the persistent personality that I am, I kept at it and have now developed my own personal style and am offering One of a Kind ORIGINAL pieces of art. I found a way to upcycle some Vintage pieces and incorporate the Dot Art, making each piece Unique.
I am not doing any custom work at this time, so I can feel free to create what I want to create when I want to create it. Sorry if that sounds a bit harsh, but this is what being an Artist is really all about.
After 12-13 years of making decoupage boxes, etc. I lost myself as an artist. I had a life changing experience and decided life is too short and decided to change my art all together.

Gifts and Talents was inspired by my sister who left this earth way too soon. My sister always loved the things I made for her, no matter what I was into at the moment.
I have been an Artist as far back as I can remember. When I moved from CA to SC in 1989, my dream was to make and sell my art. Unfortunately, there wasn't any Etsy back then and no real venue to sell art. Discouraged, I shelved my dream for almost 20 years. After working as a Credit Manager for a few local businesses, I decided to start my own Business Services Company, which I still own.
After I started my Etsy shop in 2007, I continued to operate my Business Services Company as well as work part time. In October 2010, my Etsy business was doing so well, I decided to quit the part time job and turned over the day to day operations of my Business Services Company to my business partner, who also happens to be my mother.
Today, I am a full time artist and am truly living the dream :) I work 7 days a week, 12-16 hours a day and I love every single minute of it! It is so true...do what you love and you will never work a day in your life!
