Gita always does excellent work. I buy a shirt for my grandsons each birthday and the boys love them. I look forward to purchasing another in a few months.

Creative designs, unique ebroidered goods, fun fabric pairings, for kids and adults

I have always loved colors and design, and when I discovered embroidery I knew this was the best way to pair those passions. I love using fun fabric combinations, and adding unique elements to my designs to make them a little bit different and original. I have to admit, I'm a bit of a fabric hoarder ;)

I am compliant with CPSC for children's clothing, and am registered as a small batch manufacturer. My shirts, fabric, and polyester thread is exempt from flammability and other testing requirements, and I can provide a lead-free certificate for the vinyl I use as accents in a few shirts.

I hope I can create something for you and your family, and share a little of the joy with you that I get from crafting and making beautiful products.

Thanks for stopping by. All items are made in a smoke-free home. Please NOTE MY TURN AROUND TIMES; I strive to get your order out quickly, but usually need the full amount of time specified to make you a quality item. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Refunds or re-makes are offered on a case by case basis if the item is defective. Defect includes broken, damaged, name misspelled, or made on the wrong size. Defect must be due to seller mistake, not mishandling by USPS. (Insurance claim will be made for items damaged in transit.) Defect must be 1) noted at time package is opened, 2) documented with photos - including photos of the packaging -, and 3) reported within 72hrs of receipt of package. ***Any item used , worn, or washed does not qualify for a return. Custom items do not qualify for a return (unless seller misspelled name or made on the wrong size, in which case replacement or refund is given).***

Buyer must return item within 7 days of receiving it and pay return shipping. Item must be shipped using delivery confirmation. After item is received and proven defective original price will be reimbursed, or you can choose to have the item remade. Just like in the US, international customers are responsible for the *return shipping* fee if they decide to return an item.

If you change your mind, orders can be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase. After 24hrs, refunds are not guaranteed, and if supplies have been ordered or work has already begun on your order there is no refund.
Payment is due at time of purchase. I accept PayPal, direct checkout, and etsy gift cards. Orders will not be started until payment is received.
Please see turn around times in listing for your individual item. Turn around time is BEFORE shipping. Shipping is via USPS. Shipping cost includes shipping and handling and insurance. Please note that shipping transit time is an *estimate only*, and items may take longer to arrive than anticipated. Only express mail has a guaranteed delivery time, which is 1-3 days.

Please make sure your address is correct in Esty as I ship to the shipping address provided with the order. If your address is incorrect, your package may be returned to me. You will need to pay for repeat shipping costs.

Once an item is marked as delivered, seller is no longer responsible. If the buyer claims package is not there, it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office and attempt to locate the package, something that the seller cannot easily do.

International shipping: shipping times vary for international shipping. All international shipping labels are generated through etsy. Tracking is provided through etsy. *Any custom fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.*

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to make you a custom order; most of my work is custom. If you don't see a design you like, I can probably find one or make one for you.

Care instructions

Care instructions are included with your item (when applicable). In general, embroidered shirts should be washed in cool water on gentle and hung to dry. Do not use bleach, and fabric softener is not recommended.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale is available for items such as key chains, and possibly a few others. Please inquire. Minimum order amount must be met to qualify for wholesale.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not normally gift wrap (clothing comes in a cellophane bag), but I am happy to include a card and gift note.
