This is a really well thought out item. I can hold either two different types of index cards or index cards on either side (great for a lefty) and a notepad (it came with one) on the other. The pen it came with (and most others) fit in a slim pocket in the middle. I really like the placement in the middle. Most binders have the pen loop on the outside, and then they tend to get caught on things in my purse. I use a lot of notecards, so I'll be using this little card wallet a lot.
