Returns are only accepted if there is a problem with the item or if item is misrepresented in any way.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you need more time to pay for the item please convo me and let me know or the item will be re-listed.
If purchasing multiple items please pay for all the items in one invoice to save on shipping!

When shipping multiple items, the shipping cost will be the largest shipping cost plus the "with another item" cost of each additional item.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. Usually it is sooner, but sometimes I am booked up with appointments.

All items ship via Canada Post. International buyers may incur additional duty or brokerage charges. Buyer is responsible for all duty and brokerage fees charged by their country's customs.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as I will ship only to the shipping address provided through Paypal or Etsy.

All items are unique and hand made. There will always be slight imperfections in any hand crafted items. This is what makes them unique.
