Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

We are based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a large percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We stand behind our products 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 5 days of receiving it for a full refund (excludes custom orders). Items must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping
Please keep in mind, items are handmade and may take up to 10 business days before shipment. Once your order is ready for shipment, it will be shipped via USPS First Class Airmail. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order confirmation (for US and international orders) and tracking number (for US orders only). Expedited shipping is available by request only, please contact seller if you wish to have your package delivered express.

For international orders, duty and taxes are payable upon receipt. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Note, First Class Airmail provides partial tracking only.

Caring for Costume Jewelry

Proper care will prolong the life of your jewelry. Keep jewelry away from chemicals, lotions, water and perfume as much as possible to prolong the life of your fashion jewelry. Also avoid soap and water as most soap will leave a residue, which can make the metal look dull. Here are some tips for storing.

1) Moisture is the most important thing to avoid and can destroy the metals.
2) Store in a soft jewelry pouch or plastic Ziploc bag.
3) Avoid temperature changes as this can affect stone settings and the glue used.
4) Store separately from other items to avoid scratching and stones getting dislodged.
5) Avoid Oak boxes and cabinets as this wood can release fumes that can damage fashion jewelry.

Following the above advice will greatly prolong the luster and life of your fashion jewelry.
