I'm sorry I do not offer refunds. All sales final, so please shop wisely. If an item is damaged or faulty I will exchange. Remember colors can look different on your computer screen than in person. If you feel there is an error with your order please convo me ASAP. If there is damage during shipping please let me know ASAP. I want you to be happy with your purchase!

Payment

I accept payment in the form of credit card through direct checkout with Etsy, and Paypal. I will also accept money orders, orders will not be shipped until money order arrives. There is a 7 day deadline for all moneyorders to arrive. If you need to cancel please convo me immediately.

Shipping

I ship first class usps . We ship all orders 5 to 7 days after payment is received for any custom or made to order Item. Most ready made orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of purchase. Most packages using first class take 2 to 5 buisness days to reach you after I ship in the US. I do not guarantee shipping by a specific date.

Shipping for the Organza flowers is more because these are sent in a small box so as not to crush these pretty flowers..

I sew everything on securely, but any headband or hair accessory with small attachments on ages 3 and under should only be worn when supervised by an adult.
