Returns and exchange details
Because our items are custom made, we don’t accept returns unless we made a mistake like misspelled names, wrong sizes, or if the item presents any damage. In this case please send us a picture where we can see the mistake and we’ll be happy to replace it.

Please keep in mind that computer monitor colors may vary, creating slightly variations between the image colors and the actual colors.
Payment
We accept PayPal as a primary payment method. We also accept all credit cards, and Etsy gift cards. Payments can be made with direct checkout.

Gigraffe Design Studio requires that you make your payment in full at the time your order is officially placed.

We must charge Sales Tax for purchases within the state of Texas.
Shipping
Processing time: Items will be ready to ship from Austin, TX between 7 to 10 business days since the moment the purchase is made and the design is already approved by the customer.

Shipping Method: USPS Standard First Class mail (takes 3-5 business days to arrive)

We might use UPS or FedEx on bigger orders if necessary (you will be notified).

Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us prior purchase to know the rates.

Shipping Address:
Please double check your shipping address when placing the order to make sure that is correct.

Your items will be shipped to the shipping address listed in the order confirmation (including PayPal addresses.)
Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

You will receive a shipping notification email when your order ships.
