Our goal and commitment is to provide you with a truly relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience. We take great care in presenting you beautiful treasures. Our artisans are always at work in our studio designing many exclusive and often one-of-a-kind treasures just for you. Of course, all with that romantic splendour that we so adore!

Payment
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to be registered with Paypal to make payments through them. Paypal payments must be received within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase and you have not contacted me about payment, the sale will be cancelled and the product will be re-listed in our current inventory.

NOTE: In the VERY RARE instance that a ONE OF A KIND item sells on Etsy and our website at the same time, we reserve the right to cancel whichever sale occurred later.

For buyer and seller protection, please be sure your current address matches the address on record with Paypal or your credit card servicer. Should you need me to drop ship or send your items to a different address, please send me a convo or leave me a message with the information and I will gladly do so.

Should you prefer not to use Paypal, you may call us at (914)963-8145 and we can process your credit card information through our virtual merchant terminal right here in our office the same way we would process your information if you were to walk into our store.

New York State Residents: Please include the appropriate sales tax for your jurisdiction.

Shipping
We ship mostly United States Postal Service, either Priority Mail, Flat Rate Service or First Class Service depending on the item's weight and dimensions. In doing so, we're always mindful of keeping the shipping and handling expenses to a minimum. We will combine items for shipment whenever possible.

For in stock items, we ship 48-72 hours after purchase, with the exception of holidays and weekends, or upon clearance of any bank or cashier's checks. Custom orders are filled in the order in which they are received. We will contact you with an anticipated ship date. If you require rush delivery, please notify us and we will calculate any additional fees for the service.

Delivery Confirmation is required on all packages. Insurance is optional for all purchases under $100.00 but mandatory for those above. We suggest that you insure your purchase for a nominal fee. We cannot be responsible for damage during shipment or lost packages. If you choose to have your package insured, please inform us when you place your order. Shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation is paid for by the buyer.

We ship most orders worldwide. Orders shipped outside of the continental United States or internationally are subject to additional shipping charges which will be rebilled. The international buyer is responsible for any custom fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, etc. We will not be held responsible for any damages, lost packages or custom delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
Vintage items are, as you know, time worn and gently used. Any minor imperfections will not, however, take away from their faded splendour. Our photographs and product descriptions fully disclose each item to the best of our ability. All sales in this department are final and non-refundable. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions prior to ordering.

Since custom orders are made specifically to your requirements , they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If your parcel arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within seven (7) days and we will give you instructions for placing a claim with the carrier.

We are unable to credit shipping, return shipping, delivery confirmation or insurance fees.

We take pride in our products and hope that you will treasure them as much as we have enjoyed bringing them to you. Your satisfaction, however, is very important to us. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
Additional policies and FAQs
Because so many of our items are handmade and one-of-a-kind products, slight variations will occur and no two items will be exactly alike. Some embellishments such as florals, lace, beading and ribbons may vary slightly depending upon availability. Any slight substitutions will be of equal or greater value and will not detract in anyway from the finished piece. If you need duplicates that are as close as possible, please let me know at time of order placement and we will make every effort to that the same shade/style of embellishment will be used whenever possible.

Custom Orders, Alchemy Orders and Wholesale Accounts are welcomed.

All of our items are from a non-smoking, pet-free environment.
