Welcome to the Ginga Squid shipping and store policy. I hope all the information you need is here? If you have any questions about the items or shipping, please contact me.

My mission is to make one-of-a-kind funky wearable art pieces, using unique, unusual & high-end quality materials. I believe in good customer service and hope you will be delighted when you receive your purchase!

All items are made in a pet and smoke free environment.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely happy simply let me know, return your purchase and I will refund you on receipt minus return postage.
Payment is by Paypal only. All payments must clear before purchases are dispatched.

Please take care to ensure you fully complete the Paypal checkout system. If you encounter problems please contact me.

If Paypal payment isn't cleared within three days , a reminder is sent. If a reply is then not received, the order will be canceled and relisted after 7 days.

I will dispatch your purchase as soon as possible after payment is received.

Items can be 'reserved' easily by contacting me.
I ship to ALL destinations via New Zealand Post Airmail. NZ Post takes between 6-10days to ship to most overseas locations. If you require urgent delivery, please contact me.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment, I will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

Airmail shipping is neither tracked nor insured. If you require tracking or insurance, please contact me for additional shipping rates.

In the event your PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE:
Ginga Squid cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost whilst in transit, and replacement orders cannot be issued. In the unfortunate event your package may be lost in the mail, please contact me. We understand shipping errors occur & acknowledge how disappointing this is for the customer. Each case will be handled individually to ensure we can reach a satisfactory transaction.

Every item is packaged to avoid damage in transit, if this should happen, I would require photographic evidence of the damage in order to negotiate a happy resolution. If you receive your item and are unhappy with it in any way, please feel free to contact me as soon as possible.

Items are shipped inside sturdy packaging. All items are shipped "gift ready".
