I tried contacting Tamsyn through Etsy, email and Facebook, all with no reply, and it wasn't until after I opened a non-delivery case through Etsy did it get sent. So disappointed with the customer service and communication. I would have purchased again in the future as it's a beautiful cushion case.

5 out of 5 starsWhile I give the product 5 stars as it is absolutely beautiful, I wasn't very happy with the time it took to arrived. The shop advised they should be ready to ship 1-2 but it took just shy of 2 months.
