Product arrived with the name misspelled and the dates were never put on.. I did get a replacement but it was after the event so it did me no good. Getting response was irritating as they didn't act like it was a big deal.

Sorry that this client got incorrect item. However, we sent out a new item immediately the very next shipping day. Actually we communicated with her every step of the way. However, we did not get timely responses from her, including the fact that she changed the dates after the item had been shipped! Sometimes there are 2 sides to every story

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Etsy thus far has been with GrayStone Specialties. I have never been argued with by a shop owner. It got to the point that my husband accepted the incorrect gift and told me to calm down. How is it possible that I remain calm and respectful and the owner never addressed my actual issue, which was an error on her part. I’m usually the person that will just accept anything, even if it’s wrong. Not this time, I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards the situation. It was rude and completely unwarranted. These are not things you’d want to deal with when you’re spending your money.

We are also very unhappy about this situation. In this review she fails to give the complete story. She made two errors when she placed her order and then only answered one of our messages. Even after this we offered at no charge to her to add the additional name she wanted to the top of the graphic and we would pay for shipping the item back to her. All she would have to do is pay to ship the box back to us. Not bad, since it was HER error, which again she fails to put that in her review. She also first over the weekend tried to tell us that we did not engrave anything on the spatula, when I told her that we had a photo, then it moved onto this one. We do sometimes make errors and We always take care of it them. I will stand on my over 1000 glowing reviews.

We specialize in custom order. We have two graphic designers in house. We also have a variety of different techniques to make your sign and at different budget ranges. send us a message and let us know what you have in mind. With highly skilled artists, 2 laser engraving machines and 2 UV printers the possibilities are endless.
On most signs we have other sizes available, just send us a message prior to purchase so we can give you all the details
If your item is returned for any reason from shipping agent
If your item is returned to us because of incorrect address or non pick-up or any other postal reasons, we will attempt to reach you twice with the cost to re - ship the item. If you do not pay to have the item reshipped then after 14 days we will consider the item abandoned and no refund may be given.
Custom and personalized orders
We accept returns on non -customized and non - personalized items. However, there may be a restocking fee. Prior to returning an item you will need to contact us first and receive from us a RMA number. Then the item must be returned within 21 days of delivery date and in original condition. You are responsible to pay return shipping.
