I ordered two vinyl decals from this shop & never received them. I reached out to the shop twice & only heard back once with no resolution. I will be filing a complaint with Etsy.

I got an email notification saying my order had shipped and would arrive by a certain date. It did not arrive by the given date and when I checked in on etsy it said it had yet to ship. I don't understand how an item goes from shipped to waiting to be shipped. I have tried three times to contact the seller and have yet to get a response. I will open a case with etsy if I need to. It may seem small and insignificant because I ordered a tumbler, BUT it was supposed to be a gift for someone and now I have a time crunch to figure something else out. This review was not designed to sound like a vent session, but I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else needs something by a certain date or is struggling to connect with the seller. I want to support small businesses, but experiences like this make it challenging.
