Welcome to my hat and bridal accessories shop. I have always loved accessorising my own outfits and eventually I came to making up my designs for other people. I can make up a custom design for you if I have the materials. Feel free to convo ,I'm based in the UK so please bear in mind the time difference .

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please return to me within 15 days and a refund will be given upon receipt.

Payment

I accept paypal. Please pay within 48 hours . If payment is not received within this time the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

Your order will ship within 3 days of payment. I will let you know as soon as I ship your item. I always obtain a proof of posting receipt and can insure your order at extra cost if you so wish. I cannot be responsible for any import duties. Please make sure your address is the same as your paypal one.
