I've searched for the right bee pendant for months, I was so happy when I found this one, it is perfect, I've worn it everyday since it arrived. I like the story behind it's making too, that makes it more personal than something from the high street, a little piece of art. Thank you : )

Hello Sally ! The package arrived in excellent time and condition. This little bee is so delicately beautiful and is a real treasure. It is going as a gift to a friend who saw the one I had and coveted it greatly and just HAD to have one. Truly lovely. A great purchase from a great seller. Thank you very much and all the best.

About

Rooted in earth, forged in fire.

I live and work in Glastonbury, England - a magical realm of history, legend, and myth. My work is inspired by the beautiful landscape around me: Glastonbury Tor, the ruined Abbey, the watery Somerset Levels where you can easily imagine being in any bygone age. But it's the small details which I love the most, like the Glastonbury Thorn with its miraculous story. The Chalice Well and its connection to Arthurian myth and the Holy Grail. The ancient oak trees called Gog and Magog......more than a thousand years old. I feel blessed to live here.

The other side of my work is directly inspired by my love of Japanese art and design, especially textile designs. I re-use the traditional motifs of textile in silver, with enamels for the colours. I also use keum boo, which is gold bonded to silver.

I'm always working to improve my skills and designs... for me this is a life-long journey.

Welcome to my shop I am an artist, designer and maker working mostly in metal, and enamel, I also do printmaking and photography. I live in the little town of Glastonbury, England. My philosophy of making could be summed up by the phrase ‘keep it simple’ but I also love rich colour and texture. My work is inspired mostly by the beauty of the natural world.
