Giraffa Designs is proud to offer you personalized Hebrew and English products for every holiday, simcha, and occasion. We are always coming up with new designs, both elegant and whimsical, classic and contemporary, to fit a wide variety of tastes.
We provide a digital product - that is, we personalize a digital image that can then be uploaded and printed by you. This does not mean that no one else will have the same design, but it does give you the right to print as many copies and incarnations of the design as you want, from wherever you want. Within two business days of your completed and paid order you will receive a high-resolution digital proof, and if you are happy, you can use the emailed file to upload and print.
We will also send you a CD written with the high-resolution file for your printing and archival convenience.

Once we've sent your high resolution digital proof, we are committed to providing you with a product you are happy with, but we cannot offer you a refund after that point.
If your CD with files is lost in the mail, let us know. We are happy to send you a new one. Also, our files are routinely backed up to a remote server. If you lose your file CD, please contact us at giraffadesigns [!at] gmail.com and we will do our best to locate your files and send you a new CD. (This is not guaranteed, but we do our best.)

Payment
We accept PayPal only as a method of payment.
Shipping
We ship our CDs with files via regular USPS. If you would like a shipping upgrade, let us know and we can look into the cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
We love to design custom products at your request! A custom card design includes a first draft and up to 3 design tweaks after an initial discussion about your wishes. A custom design costs $36.
