J'ai écrit un message lors de ma commande pour spécifier la couleur désirée et je n'ai pas reçu l'image de la couleur demandée. J'ai essayé à deux reprises de contacter la boutique mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Je suis très déçue, cet achat était un cadeau de Noël, je dois maintenant trouver autre chose et j'ai payé pour rien.

Ignite your imagination!

We all have a special place in our hearts for children’s illustration. When we were little, they stirred our imagination and calmed us before we slept. Most of us can still remember many of the books and posters from our childhood, and, if you’re like me you’d love to share this with your own kids. Art is interactive; it makes kids think.
Art provides kids a chance to experience something in their own imaginations and expand their universe.

Over the years, I’ve been able to experiment with different styles and really find out who I am as an artist. The biggest challenge was just finding my way to where I am now. I feel well-established today, but I spent years trying to find my brand, my style, and myself in my work. It took time to develop a business that is a true representation of who I am.

Thanks for dropping by Tiny Tribe Art. As you look through my items you will find many wonderful modern design for you baby's nursery. I make all the designs for growth chart and print it at home.

WE SHIP TO ETSY ADDRESS ONLY TO AVOID CONFUSION.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR ADDRESS INFO UPDATED.

We process the order within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment.

Packages can take up to 3 weeks to arrive from the shipping date.

To keep costs down, we ship International airmail, which unfortunately has no tracking. If you would like your purchase to have a tracking number please let me know before you place your order and I will adjust the shipping rate.

Duties and local taxes
Customers are responsible for any and all fees and tariffs associated with Customs. These fees and tariffs are not included in either the purchase and/or shipping costs.

LOST SHIPMENTS
***Please note that in case of lost shipment (IE: customer shipping address was incorrect) we are not responsible therefore will not issue a refund (you'll need to place a new order+shipping).

OPEN/EMPTY PACKAGES
In case you receive empty package (no contents and missing lid/ no contents) - we will not refund the cost of shipping or the purchase price - you'll have to place another order.

RECEIVING DAMAGED PRODUCT
in case of receiving damaged product - you'll have to ship it back at your cost and we'll happily replace it for you.

Shipping costs cover, packaging and postage.

Please note that it is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

Your order could be charged (not all the time) customs fees (taxes, duties,
processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Please be aware that
shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the
customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable
duties or taxes. If an order is placed on our web site and then refused, you will
be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes
and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We have made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. We have no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
