While I would love to think that every single customer will be 100% delighted with my goods, I know that sometimes that isn't so.

Please convo me before purchase if you have any questions at all. Please read the description of the item and note the weight, suggested gauge and yardage to make sure it is what you want.

If you receive your purchase and aren't completely satisfied, please convo me within 3 days of receipt to initiate the return process. All returned items must be in the original condition. When the returned items are back in my hands, you will be refunded (by the same method of payment) the full purchase price and outbound shipping for the item in question, but you are solely responsible for the return shipping. Please do NOT return an item without contacting me first!!

If you would like to do an exchange, that is a welcome option, however you will be responsible for the shipping on the exchange item.

Please let me try to resolve the issue before leaving feedback.

Payment is due at time of order. Please convo me with any questions.

US Customers:
- PayPal (preferred)
- Money Orders - must be received before order will ship.
- Personal Check - must clear the bank before order will ship.

Please NOTE: If you are paying via MO or Check, please convo me before placing order.

International Customers:
At this time I require all international orders to pay via PayPal. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Non-Payment:
If I have not received payment within 48 hours, I will cancel the order and return the item to the shop.

Customer Cancellations:
If you find that you need to cancel an order, it must be done before I have shipped. Please convo me immediately to cancel an order.

Holds:
Want something but need to wait... I've been there. I will hold up to 3 items for up to 14 days. Near the end of the 14 day hold period, if I haven't heard from you, I will contact you to make sure you are still interested. You must respond to this contact within 2 days or the item will be returned to stock.


Please convo me if there is something you would like to hold.

Aside from the U.S., I am currently only shipping to Canada. If you live outside of the U.S. and Canada, you must Convo me before purchase.

US customers: Please note that insurance is NOT included. If you would like the package to be insured, please convo me before placing the order.

International customers:
Unfortunately tracking is not available. Please allow up to 3 weeks for package delivery. Please keep in mind, the buyer is solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties or other fees due on their package.

In the rare event that your package is lost, I will work with you to resolve the issue any way I can.

- Please keep in mind that monitors really do vary. If you have any question about the color of the yarn you are interested in, please convo me before purchasing.

- At this time I am NOT able to do custom orders.

- I am able to hand spin any fiber into yarn, please convo me if you see a fiber you'd love as yarn, but don't spin yourself. Prices on custom hand spinning will vary depending on the style of spin.

- I always love to see what you make with my yarn!! Please email or convo me with photo's!

- I have a Smoke-Free, Pet-Friendly environment. While I try my best to keep the pets (cats and dogs) away from the yarn...they do live freely in my home. Please keep this in mind if you are severely allergic.

- I can turn any stitch marker into earrings or necklace... Just convo me and we'll talk shop!!
