The Snow White costume is so cute! My daughter will love it. The shipping and delivery took a little longer than estimated, but Misty was very communicative about the delay, and I had ordered it with plenty of time to spare. I'm very pleased with the dress and the service.

Seller positively responded to a color change request and expedited the order to make my daughter's birthday special. Very well-made pretty dress. My daughter calls it her princess dress! Personalization and character detail look very professional.

How Girliebows came to become a shop.

When my youngest daughter was born I started making hair bows to match the outfits I would put on her. I had so many request for duplication that I decided to open a shop in 2007 and start selling them. Six months later I started making her outfits and realized my LOVE for sewing little girls boutique clothing. I started embroidering in 2010 and found another love for not only creating beautiful items but creating personalized items. I love being a stay at home mom of my 4 beautiful children and love all the relationships I have made along the way in my boutique adventure. If there is something you are looking for please let me know, my favorite is creating new ideas and making a customers idea come to life.

Welcome to my ETSY shop!!! I am a SAHM of 4 and my youngest daughter is the inspiration to all my listings boutique clothing. I do love to make custom orders, so if you have something in mind that I do not have listed please do not hesitate to ask. I strive for excellent customer service and to make sure you have the most enjoyable experience shopping at girliebows.

I accept paypal, money order or direct checkout with a credit card.
Shipping
I will mail all items out about 10 business days of transaction completion and size given, although, if you need your item by a certain date please convo me before purchasing and let me know, I will be more than happy to accommodate. All items are mailed out usps 1st class mail (2-5 day delivery time for US and 7-14 day delivery time for Canada) so inside the US your order will reach you about 3 weeks from the date your order is made/paid for, unless several dresses are shipped at one time which will be sent via usps priority mail (2-3 day delivery time, this option is not available outside the US), I do not include insurance with my items, however, if you would like insurance please let me know and I will set you up a reserved listing and add the cost to your listing. All items do include a delivery confirmation within the US, no delivery confirmation or insurance is provided by outside of the US. I am not responsible for items once they are at the post office, however, if there is a problem please contact me and I will see what I can do from my end to make sure you have a pleasant transaction.****Please make sure your paypal address is correct, that is the address I send it to unless you specify otherwise.***
Refunds and Exchanges
Please check all measurements before ordering, I do not accept refunds, however, if there is a problem please contact me and we can work something out on an exchange.

Due to the nature of my personalized embroidered items I do not accept returns so please double check the spelling on all names sent to me, I will embroider your item just as it is stated in your notes.
