I try my very best to package and post orders within the week both Internationally and Australia-wide.

Refunds and Exchanges
In the unlikely event your order is lost or received damaged in the post - please get in touch right away through personal message (leaving questions or concerns in the 'feedback' section isn't as effective as contacting me directly first. A personal message ensures I am notified immediately). Steps will be taken to ensure you receive what you ordered.
In an extreme case, eligible cases will be considered for a refund of the amount as a store credit.
At this time cancellations are not accepted, so please ensure you choose carefully.
