Announcement
Welcome to my shop - I make new stuff out of old stuff. I'm based in the wonderful Scottish countryside but delighted to serve customers all over the world!
In a hurry? Shopping for a particular item or event? Ask me about expedited shipping add-ons to your order to countries including the EU, Australia, Canada and the US. Prices start at 12 USD/£10. While shipping is expedited to arrive in your country more quickly, its arrival date at your home is not guaranteed, as this is fulfilled by your local mail provider/delivery service. Please place wedding, New Years or Christmas orders at least 4 weeks in advance of your special day.
Follow me on Facebook and Twitter for access to flash sales, new product releases and more behind the scenes info.

Payment
If you're new to Etsy and haven't been through the payment process before, here's a handy guide: http://tinyurl.com/6czaz3
If you make a purchase in error, contact me as soon as possible so we can cancel before it's shipped to you.
Shipping
Please note that I'm an eco-friendly seller, I don't include printed packing notes or receipts in with my orders unless requested.
Turnaround time for most orders to be fulfilled is within three working days. For delivery, please add an average of two days for orders placed within the UK, five working days for EU and up to ten working days for the rest of the world. This is a service estimate provided by Royal Mail and is not a guarantee of local service provision or speed. If you need a package by a specific date, e.g. for a wedding, party or event, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from date of payment for non UK orders, and 1 week for all UK orders to be delivered. If your order is delayed by your local carrier, I can provide documentation to support any insurance claim you can make locally.
Please note that last minute/rush orders will be dispatched on the same day as payment is received, but are completed at entirely your own risk.
Goods are only shipped on receipt of your PayPal payment.
To keep on the green side, and to better protect your item(s) during transit, I may use clean and sturdy repurposed stationery/packing materials. If your item is clearly being sent direct to a gift recipient, I'll use all new and pretty packaging. If your item is not a gift, but you would prefer all-new packaging, I don't mind arranging this for you.
Additional policies and FAQs
As a trained linguist and professional writer of some fifteen years, I have helped Etsians to proofread listings and perfect their English translations without losing any of their individual charm or the personality of the shopkeeper. If this would interest you, please drop me a line so we can agree a proofing package. Please note, I am no SEO expert - this is about grammar, spelling, copy and context!
