Returns and exchanges
It is my neverending mission to create sturdy jewelery that will wear well and last over time. I accept exchanges within 10 days from purchase and refunds within 3 days, under limited circumstances. I realize each circumstance is different and will deal with those cases individually. Please contact me if you have any questions about the return policy, or if you'd like to return an item.

Since rings are essentially custom made to fit you, I will not accept returns or outright exchanges since there is a good chance I won't be able to re-sell your ring if that particular size is not ordered by another customer. If you would like to exchange your ring for a different size, there will be a 50% restocking fee for materials and time spent to create the new piece. For this reason, please be sure that you know your ring size at the time of your order. I do make 1/4 sizes, so if you are a little unsure of your size, a quarter size larger or smaller may give you a little leeway.

Payment
All payments must be made through Paypal unless you prefer to send a check, in which case, you would just need to send me a message tellling me you'd like to pay by check. Your item will ship once your check clears.
If you commit to buying an item, you have 3 days to make a payment through Paypal. If I have not received a payment within 3 days, I will relist the item and it will be availabe for purchase again.

Shipping
Most items are shipped 1-4 days after receipt of payment, however, shipping times will vary depending on the time it takes to create a particular piece, and also on how many orders I may have in progress. Be assured, I work very hard to get each and every order out in a timely manner.
In addition, Custom/Reserved orders will take a bit longer. If you are concerned, please inquire upon purchasing, and I will give you my best ETA.
I ship through USPS, First Class. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to Priority (2-3 days) or to Express (1-2 days guaranteed), please send me a message letting me know your zip code and shipping preferences and I will let you know your shipping costs.
If you'd like insurance, please request it.

I ship to the address that Paypal has listed for you, but if I notice a discrepancy I will contact you and find out which address is accurate. However, I don't always notice, so please try to keep your addresses current with both Etsy and Paypal.
