I ship from Sydney, Australia and manage this store (production, packing, posting) entirely by myself; please keep that in mind in regards to packing & delivery times!
Please allow up to one week (7 days) for your item to be packed & sent.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide replacements for items that have been lost/misplaced if they were sent without tracking.
I am also not liable for items sent to a wrong address, if the address provided to me was incorrect.
However, I am happy to discuss options if your item arrives damaged - please send me a message!
