Welcome to Gispan Diamonds!

We offer a diverse collection of luxurious jewelry, designed by a third generation gemologist with the highest quality raw materials. With a speciality in designing engagement rings, we know the importance of crafting only the most beautiful heirloom pieces with lasting beauty and timeless appeal.

Our brick and mortar store is located in the heart of a well established factory complex for diamond polishing within the diamond exchange in Israel. Surrounded on all sides by dazzling diamonds, it’s easy to find inspiration for ever more designs. Here we craft unique takes on classic designs, imbuing our pieces with special touches that give them the Gispan individuality. This is our passion, and we want that passion to come across to each and every one of our customers through our gorgeous creations.

Our family business prides itself on importing rough diamonds from various mines around the world, processing them under the highest standards and eventually creating the unique jewelry we are known for. Our dedicated employees have decades of experience in the industry and are members of the old diamond exchange in the diamond capital of Ramat Gan - Israel.

With the highest quality gold, the purest diamonds and exceptional gemstones, there is no better choice in handcrafted fine jewelry!

In my free time, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family. My wife and three children are the most important thing in the world to me, and I cherish every moment with them.

Below you will find additional policies and FAQ that may help you better understand the process of getting these lovely pieces from our hands to yours. Feel free to convo me if you have some questions which I did not cover below.

I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
“Your satisfaction is very important to us! We stand behind 100% of our pieces and will work with you to rectify any concerns. Because our merchandise is fine jewelry and requires personal sizing, we are not able to issue full refunds. We always work with our clients to ensure they are completely in love with their jewelry and future shopping with us! Our policy requires a message notification within 3 business days of receiving an order that does not meet your satisfaction. For damage incurred during shipping, please refer to our shipping policy”
Payment
I accept several payment methods including PayPal and e-transfer. Through PayPal you are able to pay via credit or debit card without having a paypal account.
Shipping
I offer free shipping with all my products.
I ship using Dhl First Class Mail with a tracking number and during the Holidays will ship no later than the next business day the order is received.
For most destination it takes 3-6 business days to arrive excluding customs delays.

Responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer.
All solid gold jewelry are sent by insured express mail worldwide while the rest are sent by registered mail.
It is possible to upgrade to express next day shipping if necessary (depends on your location) you can choose in the order process the option of express shipping.

All my designs are packed in top quality gift boxes - strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box :).

If the jewel arrived broken or dented (never happened and probably never will) send it back and I will repair or replace it free of charge.

Do you do custom orders?

Custom orders are most welcome! Send me a convo and we can work out a price and design for you specialty order. I enjoy creating and absolutely love challenges. Feel free to ask for any item with any adjustment or anything else you want me to make, I enjoy creating and love challenges.

Do you have any items available for wholesale?


Yes! Depending on the item we are happy to offer it under wholesale or consignment. Please convo me and we can work out the details.

What if a ring I love isn’t available in my size on your Etsy?

I can make my designs in any ring size. If the ring size is not in the list, contact us and we'll custom make it for you!
Please note that on the listings all rings are priced up until size 10. Any ring over that size will be priced individually and you will have to contact me so we can work out the details.
Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free for all of the items in my store and I use DHL First Class Mail with a tracking number. During the Holidays I will ship no later than the next business day after the order is received.
How long can I expect before receiving my eagerly anticipated Gispan Diamonds package?
For most destination it takes 3-6 business days to arrive excluding customs delays. If your order is urgent, you can upgrade to Fedex shipping at check-out, which typically takes 1-2 business days.

Tell me about your diamonds...
All of my diamonds are genuine, full cut, non-enhanced diamonds. They are each and all conflict free as well as 100% certified.
If you wish to upgrade the quality of the diamond, no problem. I have many different qualities and varieties of diamonds for you to choose from. Convo me for more details and we will figure out a way to get you exactly what you wish!
