The item is only available once, but I would like to have more items of the same product.
Since I only produce individual pieces, your desired article is only available once. But you will certainly find another / similar article in my shop that you like, just take a look again!
My item hasn't arrived yet, even though it's been marked as shipped for days.
As a rule, the shipment requires up to five working days postal delivery time, so from the shipping notification / marking you should please wait so long, but after that there is unfortunately an error ... (e.B. Post forgot to insert a notification card for parcels and it goes unnoticed by the post office or neighbors, or the shipment is unfortunately lost).
My shipment has been demonstrably lost, what now?
Since your article is a unique piece, I can unfortunately not resend it. In this case, you are welcome to look in the shop for an alternative that I should send for you. If you do not like an alternative item, the purchase price will be refunded.
Can I return or exchange items?
The statutory right of withdrawal applies. All products - excluding custom-made orders - can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days without giving reasons (without signs of use or damage, i.e. in original condition as purchased/delivered please).In the case of return or exchange due to dissatisfaction, i.e. if there is no error on my part, the buyer bears the costs of the return.
