My goal is to send 100% quality products each and every time. I will go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise. Customer service is very important to me and all issues will be taken seriously. There are exceptions to every rule, please keep that in mind when reading my polices.

I create handmade items that do take time. I take special care when writing descriptions and photographing each item to show all details as accurately as possible so that there is little to no confusion as to what you are purchasing. You are always welcome to contact me if you have questions. Due to differences in screen resolution, colors may vary. DIY kits also for the most part come in assorted colored pieces. Please contact me if you would like to see more photos, or would like more information. I am happy to match colors to the best of my ability. Color swatches and photos are always welcome and helpful.

I don't send out damaged goods, nor am I responsible for items damaged during shipping. That is an issue to be taken up with the carrier. That said, I won't ship a glass item in a paper envelope, and I use my best judgement to decide what's best suited for your item to survive its journey. If you are concerned or worried about possible mishandling by any 3rd party, please purchase USPS Priority Mail option as this comes with an automatic $100 insurance. If $100 won't cut it for the value of your item, please feel free to reach out PRIOR to purchase so we can discuss higher insurance costs or the package type for your item to ship in.


Made to order/Custom orders/digital downloads are NON REFUNDABLE & NON RETURNABLE. Kindly examine the photos provided in the listing, thoroughly READ the description & ask questions BEFORE making your purchase ( not after ) I am here to help. I will stay in contact while creating your custom item if you wish to see progress pictures. My goal is to send your item on time and exactly how you want it ^_^. Etsy only allows so many pictures, but I will gladly send you additional photos of the item before purchasing if you would like me to do so.

Please read the entire listing carefully. This includes the dimensions, which are sometimes listed, wether its a DIY kit or Finished prop (descriptions & product specs are provided for all styles available).

Refunds will definitely NOT be given if item has arrived damaged or your piece does not fit as expected if listed as a "one size fits most" ( this is a risk you run, hence “most” ) or if you purchased something thinking it was something else ( most common example: buying a DIY kit & expecting a finished product ). There are NO exception to these rules

In the case of the former however Please contact me if this occurs and I can at the very least give you some tips on how to get the piece to work/fit better ....I know a thing or two about about prop-making ^_^.

If you decide your item isn't up to snuff and send it back with no notification or prior agreement, you will receive store credit, not a refund. ( This rule ONLY applies to clock products ) ... with any other item I don't suggest this at all, as explained earlier there are no refunds for made to order/custom products.

When your item arrives, If it arrives damaged or you feel I grossly misrepresented the item & or didn't describe something, please contact me via Etsy convo IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT to discuss. I will work with you to get as close to 100% satisfaction as possible. Please do not contact me through my gmail account to discuss these issues. Keep in mind It is ALWAYS important to read the description FULLY before purchasing and always feel free to ask any questions. Communication is key with all orders and I will contact you through Etsy, either to let you know that I received your order, or ask specific questions if i feel you may have omitted to do so. It is important that you respond to avoid a delay in your order. If you receive your item and want to return because you expected something else, you most likely did not read the listing, and will not be eligible for refund/return/exchange. This term excludes made to order/custom orders. I will not refund shipping, and that will be charged again when item is re-shipped.

If we decide on an exchange, I will accept the item and send the new item (minus shipping of course) as long as:

1. You contact me within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Items(s) must
be returned within 5 days of receipt of delivery in the same box & packed
the same way. Ex : if I shipped priority, then your item is to be shipped priority back to me. Customer assumes responsibility of return shipping fess & will contact me
via Etsy convo to inform me that the package was shipped & provide me with a tracking number. Once I've received the item(s) in the same manner and condition that it was shipped to you, I will ship your new item.

2. The item is returned in the same condition as it was when purchased. If the parts are bent, paint scratched...or other issues, I will contact you to discuss these Issues prior to sending the new item(s).

If you live in an apartment, or you have concerns for your item (box) being left
unattended, please advise me, so that I can add signature confirmation to
your shipping cost. I cannot be held responsible for items that are stolen. Please do not let your item sit in the hot sun, or rain as it could damage certain items.

It is very important to inspect each item upon receipt, and if anything is amiss please contact me ASAP so that any issues can be addressed.

Please examine the item when you receive it. By doing this, we will avoid issues for everyone involved ... Accidents do happen during shipping. I will resolve those to the best of my ability. I do not refund or exchange items several weeks to months after they are purchased. I will replace your clock mechanism 1 time, within one year.. I do check each clock thoroughly prior to shipping, but movement during shipping can disturb the workings of the mechanism. It is important to open the package within 24 hours upon receipt to check your item. Most mechanism issues can be resolved by using a different battery, or making minor adjustments to the mechanism. I will explain, in detail, how to do that (if it ever comes to that)

***If your clock doesn't work with the battery that I send, please try a new one. It is important to let me know as soon as you receive the clock if there are mechanism issues. This rarely happens, and I will help, but need to be notified immediately. If your mechanism doesn't work, I can send a new one with instructions, or you can send the clock back and I will replace the mechanism. If I'm not notified within 48 hrs, you will be responsible for shipping fees.

***if you have an item sent to a drop shipping company, items will be sent and tracked to the destination that you request in your order. I am not be responsible for any damaged or lost items sent to a drop ship location. If the item does not arrive to the address provided with your order, please contact me.

***Shipping is non-refundable in all situations.

All items within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which include tracking and $50.00 of insurance. If you would like Express Delivery or additional Insurance, please let me know as I will charge an additional fee for these services.

I am not responsible for items lost or broken once shipped. Claims can be filed with the USPS for lost/broken packages. I will, of course, help in the process of filing a claim and do all I can to gain a refund through USPS, or work with you on a solution. This is for US buyers only due to insurance and tracking being optional for International buyers.

International orders are shipped First Class International Mail, unless a prior agreement is reached.

I will not mark an item as "Gift" for Customs purposes. Please be aware that your country may charge additional fees when the item arrives. The buyer is responsible for all additional fees. Shipping overseas can take up to 6 weeks depending on country and Customs.

*** Please check both your Paypal & Etsy account for address accuracy,
I will ship to the address provided with the order.... unless otherwise notified during checkout.

*** Be assured your item(s) will be packed carefully and with quality shipping supplies.


Please be aware the carrier will require to see the box & a picture of the damaged item(s) in order to process a " damage claim" . Please save ALL original packing materials and box with label. THESE ITEMS ARE NEEDED IN ORDER TO REFUND MONEY FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Please be aware, if a claim is processed you will be reimbursed by the carrier for
the amount of the insured ($50.00) item(s) not including your shipping cost.
If you receive an item that is damaged or broken during transit, I will need to be notified within 2 days of the delivery date. Again, I will help with the claim process, but it must be started by you through USPS. You will be responsible for letting me know and taking over the claim as soon as possible This is required by USPS. Thank you for understanding.


If you are an international buyer, please understand once the package leaves my possession I am no longer responsible for your item, lost items rarely happen. It is expensive to insure, get confirmation, or send priority mail overseas. Please keep in mind that Customs can hold your package up to 8 weeks. Your patience is appreciated.

***All customs fees (taxes) for International orders are the responsibility of the buyer, this is also the case on returned goods, if you are sending a returned item, you should mark the custom form with 'RETURNED GOODS' under the column for 'value' you should state 'NA' - (not applicable) if the return good has a value and customs charges me to collect the item, I will pass this fee onto the customer ie: I will deduct from the final refund.

***Expedited shipping or priority shipping overseas, I am not responsible for lost items. I will work with you to figure out what may have gone wrong, but will not ship a free item, nor will a refund (partial or full) be given for lost items. In the case of damage to a received item, depending on the extent, I will cover half of standard shipping fees to have the item returned but the customer is responsible for the full cost of re-shipping out of the US. Please contact me with any questions.

****Each case is different, so I will consider the situation for its individual needs and act accordingly. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR LOST ITEMS.

***I use Eco-friendly packing materials. Most boxes are recycled boxes that are in very good condition/clean and can be used again. I usually use paper stuffing, foam or bubblewrap to pack all props and other items.

Will this fit XxXx ?

Most items I sell in the shop can be scaled up/down to fit different body types, usually at no extra charge ... but please contact me prior to placing your order to assure everything is as it should be ^_^

Can I return a purchased item ?

The short answer is no. Most items sold in my shop are "Made to Order" and because time and great care are put into making each individual piece as well as describing the product accurately, refunds/returns are not accepted ... see my shipping/return policies for more info.

IF by any chance you receive an item with something missing I will expedite the missing part as soon as notified, and if this causes you to miss a deadline or my item does not ship on time, then and only then, the fault being my own, will I honor a refund after the item is returned ...

Do you take Commissions / Personalized orders?

Absolutely ^_^ ... in which case, please feel free to send me a message with your request accompanied by reference pictures and we can figure out pricing and project timeline.

Can you change listing XYZ to fit xXxX

This is a tricky one ... technically yes, but, there is a fee associated with this request, as there is no guarantee that I can sell that item once made in the future after spending time catering it to xXxX parameters.

This example applies mostly to 3D printed items like phone cases etc.

" I know this is last minute/crunch but could you xyz ... "

I get it, I cosplay as well & know all too well the woes of finishing/trying to put something together last minute. I am however also a business 1st & foremost & usually have a fair amount of projects with their own deadlines throughout the year that I need to take time away from to service these requests.

In short "YES" I can usually get things out faster than the timeline I list them for but I charge a rush fee of $45 (per item) + 20% of the item's retail cost, however i include priority 2-3 day shipping for FREE (US only). But even then, it's going to depend on my production schedule whether I can take your rush request in or not.

So feel free to inquire, but know that requests may be accepted/turned down depending on availability.
