give with joy is a design company based out of Denver, Colorado where all items are hand crafted and assembled by me, Aneta Nina. I have a small studio in my home where I turn up some jams and create paper goods to inspire the handwritten letter and to bring a little joy into your home.
My designs begin with my pencil to paper, then digitized - creating unique, handmade items.

Shop policies
Please keep in mind that shipping costs include packaging, travel to post office and postage. Cards are shipped in a clear sleeve in a sturdy envelope as priority mail (two day shipping).

Refunds will be given for the purchase price only (shipping will not refunded).
Please contact me if you package was damaged or lost.
Shipping Issues: Please make sure your Etsy address is correct. That is the address I will be using when I print your labels from my studio. If there are shipping issues because of your address, I will not be able to refund your shipping.
Payment
Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

All orders will be shipped within 1-5 days (via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail) after payment received, unless it's a custom order or I'm on vacation. First class mail does not include a tracking number or a guaranteed date to arrive.
Please keep in mind that shipping costs include packaging, travel to post office and postage. Cards are shipped in a clear sleeve in a sturdy envelope. Package should arrive 3-4 days, but not guaranteed.
PLEASE note that I am not in control of USPS. Occasionally, there are delays on their end. If you absolutely need a package sooner, please contact me for expedited shipping.

If you have any specific needs concerning your item's shipping (insurance, expedited service, etc), just let me know and I will try to accommodate your request. Please be aware that shipping modifications may require additional fees.

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International unless another method is requested within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping upgrades will incur an additional fee, billed via Paypal after the original purchase clears.
Additional policies and FAQs
Most of my designs are hand-lettered - meaning less fonts and more hand drawn. When I hand-letter, I scan and digitize the designs.

If you are sending your item(s) to someone as a gift, I can include a note on your behalf and gift wrap -- I would love to make the package extra pretty!! Please let me know if you need this accommodation before.
