Ciao!

Thanks for wandering into my shop policies. If you still find yourself wondering a thing or two about my shop after reading through this don't hesitate to contact me through a conversation so that I can answer your inquiries.

I do all of my work in a jewellery studio in Toronto, Canada. I do all my own casting, hammering, soldering, polishing and all that other fun stuff in the studio. I also teach goldsmithing classes, so if you are eager and happen to live in the area feel free to contact me.

Accepted payment methods

Refunds or exchanges are not available. I am not responsible for lost products in the mail. If you would like to purchase insurance please contact me before paying for an adjusted invoice.

If an item needs adjusting or becomes damaged within the first 30 days after receiving it can be fixed free of charge provided all pieces are shipped back to me and customer pays shipping fees.

I ship all items in an organza bag wrapped with tissue paper - perfect for gift giving.

Most of my items are shipped airmail. If you need an item by a specific day I can ship it express for an additional fee - let me know when checking out.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am open and willing to do custom orders. Once the piece has been decided on and you are happy with the sketch I require a 50% deposit before work begins and the last 50% once I have completed and shown you the final product. Depending on the complexity and volume of the order please understand it will take between 2-4 weeks to complete.
